There’s a whole other world,

Unfamiliar, foreign to you and I.
Read of it in books,
Seen it in picture shows.
I can take you there
if you want to go.
Complacent in the pattern?
You could tell me so.
But I wouldn’t buy it,
Inconceivable you don’t deserve love.
I can’t possibly believe it,
it fits you like a glove.
You posess a gift from above.

There’s a whole other world.

There’s a whole other world,
Unfamiliar, foreign to you and I.
Offering more than we could plan.
Giving us more than even WE demand.
Right here, right now
in the palms of our hands.
In the palms of our hands
No signs of nails-
No need to play martyr-
We have keys to self imposed jails.
Our freedom lies in the whole other world unseen.
Salvation in where we are going, not where we have been.
